Terrific eBay seller/board member. Won a nice IHC in an old PCGS rattler and paid via Paypal. E-mailed me that board members do not pay shipping and sent shipping refund with the coin...along with a 1920 Buff as a bonus. I would highly recommend doing biz with him!
