I looked at the seller's other auctions, specifically the Lincolns. Does anyone agree with this seller's grades. Don't all the coins appear similiar in color? Are they cleaned or dipped?
Please look at his other Lincoln auctions!!!! Appears to list coins as Red or RB and the scan or photo does not appear to match the coin. Hopefully somebody is not betting the farm on these coins!
This seller has all the classic signs of someone to avoid. The photos aren't of the coin in the description and key dates not certified. Why???? I'm amazed anyone would even consider it. Look at Feedback.
I copied the picture and tried to sharpen it up to see the "S" and more detail..............not possible. I can't grade it from the scan, but I can see enough to know it's not a VF. The hair has almost full detail or full detail so it can't be less than an EF. The color is odd, but the scan is just so bad I can't tell if it's dipped or what????

Take a look at his other auctions, almost all raw and very overgraded.
2. I am having a hard time seeing an 'S' also. I think I see where one might be or might have fallen off from.
3. With that picture, it could be anywhere from a damaged, VF 1909 VDB to an MS-70 RD 1909-S VDB. Although I would guess closer to the former.
