What about these jeffersons?

I am new but the earliest 6 steps I have is 60 and 61. Common????

I really have no information regarding the coins in question, however, if you also post the question on the Registry Board you may get the answer you are looking for. Good luck.

The 60 & 61 D-mint coins are extremely rare with full steps. The P mints are rather rare.

Hi Stacey, and welcome to the forums.Both the 1960, and 1961 Jeffersons are extremely difficult in fs condition.To date, PCGS has certified 14 in fs for the '60, and 9 for the '61.You need 5 full steps to garner the fs designation from PCGS, and generally, if you're lucky enough to find a well struck example of either, it will inevitably have a small pinch(short area without full separation) or tiny nics at a place or 2 that would also eliminate the coin from a fs designation.As someone who has searched quite a few rolls, I can tell you that those are not easy dates to make.Best of luck though.Those would be really great finds. What level of magnification are you using while studying the steps?
