The 21 is a beauty. The 23 S, though has the typical weak strike, has the high points of the reverse well detailed. What did these coins grade? I'd guess in somewhere in the mid-grade Unc. area for the 21 & some sort of AU for the 23 S. Many of the 1920's San Francisco mint buffalo nickels are very difficult to grade due to their weak strikes. I don't have the time to spend to acquire the expertise to grade these coins, so I haven't bought any of them.
If you are looking for a beautiful high grade buff that's well struck & cheap, I'd recommend the 38D. I have one for which I paid about $50 that would take your breath away.

Good call. The 21P is an MS63, and the 23S is an AU58 (my favorite Buffalo grade). It isn't the sharpest strike you'll find, but I've seen a lot weaker ones.

I pick the '21. I just love to choose between coins even if I don't really get to keep them

What software do you use to merge the obverse and reverse in to one file?

I just do a bit of cut and pasting in MS Paint. Takes all of 15 seconds.

Everything is linear if plotted log-log with a fat magic marker
I'll be damned. I didn't know Paint could do that. I've been wanting to create these for my reg set photos; right now I only have obverses. Thanks.

You the man!

I thought you were already more graphically advanced than that. I'm a little disappointed.
Kennedy God - Yes
Graphics God - uh... maybe not
Nice coins, I really like the light, dusty patina on them.

I'm a hardware guy. Software bores me - feels too much like paperwork.

Sell me your Kennedy Pr69 DCAM or I'll use your cert number and claim it's mine.
If you have the cert# for my 69DCAM, could you give it to me so I could use it?
