Guess the grade of this Walker, ADDED REVERSE PIC, grade revealed............GOT IT!!!.......

Okay, I am not trying to imitate Russ. image But I think this Walker is nice, and thinking about getting it for my short set. I know the grade, but am interested in what others think. I'll post grade later. Thanks!

It's a 43P. Sorry reverse is smaller pic.

    P or D mint? Is the reverse as good? If so, I'll toss in a WAG of MS65. If it's an S mint, MS66.

    EDIT: Beautiful piece, BTW. I want.image

    EDIT #2: Reverse looks good also. I think the strike is a bit weak for 66, so I'll stay with MS65. But, it could have squeezed a 66 with that much eye appeal.image

    It is hard to grade a coin from a photo but I would say MS66??

    WOW! I know it is tough to grade a coin from only a picture. But with what the general concensus is, I think I better get it. It's a MS64. See scan below in link. Thanks for your input!

    looks like a no-question ms-67 in the 1st digipic. just saw the pcgs grade. i'm assuming the digipic is making it look nicer, ie the resolution is filtering out marks & such that limit the grade.

    Buy it, now! Even though the '43 is an easier year, if that coin is going for 64 money, it's a steal.

    Don't mean to burst your bubble, but it's a nice 4. The pic of the reverse is not as detailed as the obverse, so I'm making my comment re the obverse only. The coin is attractive and has lots of eye appeal, but there appear to be too many small contact marks on the skirt for the coin to grade higher than that. Maybe it might go 5 if the graders are in a very generous mood. No way would this ever grade higher than a 5.

    The grading services are very strict about this. A 6 should have so few tick marks on it that you have to really go look awhile to find all two or three of them (that's 2 or 3 in total). A 7 is a flawless coin. If you see an 8, more likely than not, it's overgraded.

    Got it!!! Thanks for all your input. For $48, I don't think I could miss. Will let you know when it arrives, and see if it looks as nice as the picture.
