Has anybody on this board ever bought Gold bars or coins from Tulving Co. based in Calofornia? If so, what was your experience?

The economy and banks with debt up to their ears are in deep do do and I hear that the price of gold is about to skyrocket. Anybody else hear that?

In the 1980's he ripped off customers with overgraded and overpriced coins. The federal trade Commsiion took action against him, which I understand was settled with a substantial fine. Despite these problems, most people on this board seem to like doing business with him. My preference is to deal with people who have a better track record.

No. They say that every time. I wouldn't buy gold without looking into it further.

I haven't heard anything bad, but I've only heard very little as my interest in seriously acquiring metals has sprouted recently. So far, they have good prices if you buy in bulk or some quantity. Kitco seems to be popular for less quantity, and they have that nifty pool fund action. Let me know if you find a reliable seller that has better prices in general, would ya bud? I see some opportunities on Ebay but I need more sources to judge. Thanks in advance.
