I am wondering if anyone on the forum has had any dealings with a company called Coast to Coast Coins. The company is located in Columbia MD. What are your thoughts about the coins and service??image

  • Just from my own experences from them in the past I'd say no thanks. They advertise in the trades EVERY week sos and you pay for all that overhead. Might as well deal with Littleton if your thinking of Coast to Coast.

A few months ago, I bought five common-date Walking Liberty halves from them, billed as "Gem BU" and specially chosen for sharp strikes, and sent them to PCGS. The result: four AU55s and one AU50.

At the very least, this calls their grading skills into question and suggests caution when buying raw coins from them.

U think you got your answer.Their descriptions or gradeing leave a lot to be desired.Much the same as Littleton coins.
