Type set question

OK... I currently have a Full US type set (just circulated with variations without gold) and a 20th Century type set (just circulated with variations without gold). The only reason I maintain both of them is because PCGS doesn't have a set that truly is a FULL US TYPE SET. Why don't they have a type set that includes every coin to date (needing only one example of each commem type like they do now)? I am just curious about this.
