Threatening emails from Ebay scam artist

It seems that R&I would have to get involved stating that it is their coin. Everyone here is a third party.

I recommended to R&I that they get in touch with Yahoo, I sent a warning to Yahoo and posed a question (comment actually) on the seller's listing, asking how he could be selling the same coin that is unique in grade, that was listed on Ebay and that is owned by someone else. Hopefully bidders will see it.

That's good to get some scammer NARUd, but does anything else happen to them? No fine, no jail time, no nothing? Back in business under a new name tomorrow?

Unfortunately, nothing else happens, so far as I know. He can probably get right back on, under a new username.

Yup. You can't kill the trolls, but at least you can bop 'em on the head and make 'em go back into their holes for a little while.
