Hello All,
I've been a PCGS collector member for some time, and now, finally, I've received my login information to join in. (I guess my first couple tries got lost in the Collectors Universe cyberspace -- must've coincided with their software upgrades.)
I've read with great interest the many posts on these very active message boards, and I have to commend you all for sharing so generously of your knowledge and time to help others. I am pleased to be joining such a great group!
After spending time collecting a little bit of everything, I've spent the last several years focusing just on Early U.S. Silver Dollars. My Registry Set has come a long way from its early beginnings, and I am truly gratified by the unsolicited positive comments I've seen here.
Thank you all!

New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.
Interesting that you should bring up Franklins. I have only one specimen that qualifies -- see the attachment. The flowing hair design of all early U.S. coins was based on this medal, designed by Benjamin Franklin to commemorate the Colonies' victories in the Revolutionary War! Minted in 1783, this was one of only 12 minted in silver -- graded PROOF 64 by Bowers and Merena.
So where's your reeeeeeeeeally good stuff?
Awesome coins - the Libertas Americana has always been one of my favorites - it's a timeless classic!

We'll use our hands and hearts and if we must we'll use our heads.
I guess this is my "rarest" one -- 1798 Small Eagle in PCGS-MS62, Pop1 in mintstate (PCGS and NGC combined)! That's 11 times rarer in mintstate than the 1794.
Frank,
According to the slab, I guess my really best one would be my 1795 draped bust -- PCGS-MS65. Let me know what you think.
Those are SPECTACULAR coins! If you need a safe deposit box to store them in, consider sending them to me

Have fun!
I sent you a PM - hope you got it.
Welcome aboard! That 1794 would be nice if not for the reverse adjustment marks
Seriously, that is one nice coin in MS64. I have admired your registry set for some time. I want to say thanks for the pics you post with your set. Many high-end collectors don't even make sets visible, much less show the excellent photos. I have learned a lot by looking at the varieties you have in this set.
Believe it or not, I was just talking to a dealer today that picked up a 1797 S$1 in PCGS MS62. I referred them to your set for a compare.
NOTE: No trees were killed in the sending of this message. However, a large number of electrons were terribly inconvenienced.
Type collector since 1981
Current focus 1855 date type set
Your coins look “museum quality” to me!
