Bizarre coin dreams

Last night I dreamt that I got back from PCGS a Columbian half I recently bought. I figured it was at least MS-63, but it came back AU-55. I couldn't believe it and looked carefully at the coin as someone explained the reason for the grade. It turned out not to be a Columbian commemorative at all, but some medal that showed a full portrait of Columbus. It had wear on the high points and a strike-through error on the face.
This dream was weird for a number of reasons, including:
1) the fact that I rarely submit coins to PCGS for certification (as a member of the Numismatic Liberation Front, I free coins from entombment in plastic);
2) the fact that PCGS explained why they gave the grade they did (this never happens);
3) the fact that I didn't notice any of the defects before I sent it in (I'm not that incompetent);
4) the fact that I received back a slabbed Columbus Expo medal instead of a coin (PCGS only slabs Norse Medals, right?).

P.S. The coin GODS requested that you also PM me for my shipping address, which I felt was very thoughtful of them really.

I believe the spirit of Columbus himself is trying to contact you, Shiro. His message is clear: Do not buy any PCGS graded Columbian halves. Rather, buy all the DCGS 65 graded Columbians you can find at the bargain price of $600 a piece. You'll find them on eBay. Buy them all, Shiro! Columbus is beseeching you! Sell those worthless chop-marked tradedollars and get some coins with teeth. You will be happy and respected.
I guess im just nuts

You must be right, Clankeye. The one I bought has this ugly multi-colored toning on it as if someone made a bull-eye rainbow. I prefer them with the just-scrubbed, bright white look, and DCGS seems to have more of those kind.
