Ditto that except to say that I'm not completely sure there are different colors on the reverse. That could be the way the lighting is playing with a cartwheel.
I'd spend a bit more and get a nicer coin. As I see it, you're typically in no-man's land in 61 & 62 grades; these are strictly market grades.
You have a typical strike with star 7 not full and the left corn weak. You have a carbon spot at the top of Miss Liberty's bonnet and a series of small contact marks around star 3. You also have a series of what appear to be either hairlines or striations on at around 4:00 on the obverse. The toning on the reverse looks hideous.
It is appears fairly graded to me.

The reverse of this 1912 PCGS MS62 had nearly identical toning- a gold "halo" effect, sort of. And my coin was also in a green label holder.
That coin was in my old pre-Registry type set and was also the giveaway prize in my Virtual Type Set giveaway I did this summer. The first player to "collect" all the pictures ("virtual" coins) from the set won a real coin from the set- the 1912 PCGS MS62 Liberty nickel. I PM'ed different clues to people and encouraged them to trade clues with each other. I also hid clues around the forums. Whitewashqtr won the Liberty nickel. It was a lot of fun. I might have to do something similar again one day.
Anyway, even accounting for my small, poor-quality picture left over from the Virtual Type Set game, that Heritage 1904 looks a quite a bit sharper than my 1912 did. Nice coin for the grade, and possibly an upgrade candidate IMHO. Looks like a sharp strike and there's some nice luster beneath the toning. As I recall, the toning on mine subdued the luster. That coin's luster shines through a bit. Nice. I like it. My coin had traces of iridescence, which might be the case with the reverse on that one.
