Shield Nickel Grade Opinions Wanted

The nickel below is PCGS slabbed as MS6_. I'd appreciate opinions on the grade nickel collectors think it is. Also, what do you think of the die deterioration? Does it detract from the coin? Is it an interesting "feature" that does not detract?

Sorry about the file flaw horizontal line...it does not appear on my file, I re-up-load-ed and it is still there... hmmm.

My (WAG) would be a high end 63 or a typical 64?

The die deterioration is neutral to me. Nice coin. Maybe even a 65, but I'll go with my first WAG above. It probably wouldn't be a 65 in a PCGS slab.

Really hard to tell what the luster is like from a scan, but it appears to be a 63. The die flaws are actually interesting, leave them there

Did you buy this from heritage? They had one for sale two days ago, fresh in inventory with a good price. I alsmost bought it.

64 if the luster is better than the scan shows, nice strike! 63 otherwise. Take a look at how narrow the guess range is!

Cameron got it. I bought it this AM. It is PCGS MS63. I kind of like having the die deterioration on it.
