yes,

i think so. from what others have said it seems the final posting to the pop is at shipment. but i'm going on memory from other threads here. it seems logical that when they assign a grade they make an entry which shows when an invoice is checked but that the entry isn't yet in the main database to change the pop listing. this is pure speculation on my part but seems to fit what you're describing.
