Anyone here ever dream about coins?

Last night I had a dream where I received a 1916 DDO Buffalo nickel in change at a convenience store. It was only in VG-F shape (a little more than half a horn) but the doubled date was very clear. The cashier knew nothing about it except that it was worth five cents.
Have I crossed the line from "coin collector" to some kind of "coin geek"? Am I obsessed? Have any of you ever literally dreamt about something to do with coins?
Must...go...to...coin...show...today...(Thank goodness there's a coin show in town today!)

I quit smoking a month ago and have had trouble sleeping. The other night I was on the computer in the middle of the night and my wife got up and sneeked behind me to see what I was doing. She thought she was going to catch me looking at pornography but what did she discover? I was looking at the on line PCGS population report. I guess I'm a super geek too!!
Okay, geek alert!
the contents was empty. I'll leave out the expletive deleteds that ensued.

I quit smoking about three years ago. And one thing I remember that really surprized me were the incredible vivid dreams I started to have because I was using "The Patch." It even says so on the box of the things that it can cause "heightened dreaming." Weird, I almost feel like slapping a couple on before bed these days, it was like an E ticket at Disneyland. Didn't dream about coins, but then I'm not a super geek like Petescorner is. Man, what a geek! I do however, dream in limericks.
i woke up sweating had to check on my SAE collection.
now i am a geek still.

When I got half way across I remembered a dream that a bag of quarters split open as I was
crossing the street in front of my bank. I was so startled I nearly dropped them.
I have had this dream numerous times. It goes like this. I am walking along and I look down and see this quarter. I pick it up and beneath it there is another quarter. Next thing that happens my pockets are full of quarters and the hole is just getting deeper and deeper. Then a little later there is a mound of quarters next to me because my pockets were overflowing with quarters. The next thing I know I am still digging up quarters and I am half way to China. Then I wake up and become disappointed because it was so realistic.

Did the patch for two weeks and did have some strange vivid dreams. Had one dream where I took all my coins, put them on the floor and rolled around in them. Wait a second, I think that really happened.
Thanks for all the support on the smoking thing. I've quit before but I think this time it's for good.

Seriously, dream of coins? No, I just blackout until I wake up again.

The more qualities observed in a coin, the more desirable that coin becomes!

One particular dream was rather involving, I went back to 1909 to get a couple of rolls of the S VDB cents, and when I got there I found out I was in Atlanta, so I had to find my wayacross the country to San Francisco to get the new coins. It was summer (they started minting them August 2), and I had to hitch the rails, rides, beg, borrow, and steal to make my way cross-country. When I finally arrived in San Francisco I found that they had already stopped minting the VDB style cents (something about venerial disease) so I went to the banks and coin shops looking to assemble a roll. I woke up after having filled half of a plastic tube (who says all dreams are accurate) with shiny new VDB cents!
Of course I had the same disappointment as most would that the dream wasn't real. BTW, I thought of everything before embarking on my trip back in time - I stopped by the local dealer and bought a pocket full of circ Morgans to use when I was back there. Seems having a pocket full of series 2001 notes would have been a bit too out of place, and circ Morgans were the cheapest thing to get that had the highest face value...better than buying rolls of circ Barber quarters.

My obsession with coins is pretty bad. Whenever I meet a new lady, one of the things I do right away is to find out her interests. I do this not just to be polite or sociable, but in the hopes that she'll ask me what my interests are: COINS!!!
At night -- even very late at night that it's really morning -- I'll toss and turn thinking about a special coin or whatever that I have to get up and pull out old auction catalogs!
Before I go to bed, I'll frequently look at my spreadsheet and visualize each and every coin...
I usually have a couple of coins just lying around my place. I am always looking at them, holding them, kissing them, stroking them and ... oops! I dropped one of them!

PS I never stop thinking about coins. Did I already say that?!?
