    The 1899 was from the Epstein collection, the historical finest known set, although anyone who posseses these coins could top that set. The 1899 is pop 1, although there is two in the pop report. The other is a duplicate entry. I figured it at $11,000 when I bought it from Epstien 8 years ago. He said it was his favorite coin, so he bought it back for $12,500. About a year later he consigned it to me to sell, and I sold it the next day to Joe Gorrell for $14,500.

    Since it has never been in a public auction, it will stun everyone. I would guess $20K to $25K.

    The 1861 is in the same catagory, and is equally outstanding.

    The 1856 Flying Eagle in MS66 Snow-3 should break $100K. It was one of the first coins I photo sealed. Here is the photo. Notice the square label. This was a prototype Photo seal label.
