OK, I guess I'm not a virgin anymore. Here's my very first submission to PCGS.
Many thanks to Russ for his assistance in harshly cleaning, artifically toning, and otherwise getting it done.

Well, if you had to lose your virginity, at least you did it with a coin that will still respect you in the morning! It sure is a beauty!
BigE,
I'm pretty sure he was kidding about the harsh cleaning and AT.
Clark
BigE -
I was kidding. It was hazed, and Russ was kind enough to dip it for me.
edit: You posted at almost the same instant Clark.
Thanks - I'm actually thrilled with the outcome. It came in one grade higher than anticipated.
Congrats!
Drop the extension cord and step away from the wall socket...thats it.walk towards me. lol
<< <i>DanC - Whoof! I want one of those! Very very nice!!!! >>
heheh... thanks ursa. I'm just glad I didn't have to BID against you for it!
We WILL clash again.

When are you going to sell me that coin? I need it bad!
Russ, NCNE
Come on, buddy. You need that like a hole in the head. I saw your thread yesterday about having 20 AH's and I KNOW several are nice CAMs. Are you trying to corner the market? Someone at one time possessed 70% of all 1856 Flying Eagle cents. How many AH's are out there?
NOTE: No trees were killed in the sending of this message. However, a large number of electrons were terribly inconvenienced.
Type collector since 1981
Current focus 1855 date type set
I know you have SMS 1965 MS-67 CAM JFKs in both your sets ... what do you need with this trifling coin? Geeesh, can't a guy enjoy a "hit" on a series he knows little about?

we're ANXIOUSLY awaiting the results of the latest submission. I scored an absolutely stunning '66 SMS. It was the one with the "business card mirrors" -
Crossed fingers for MS65 or 66 DCAM - but will probably go 65CAM.
do you do your own? you do a great job!!!!!
sincerely michael
Yes, I do. With my $109 Ricoh RDC-4300
That one is tough to photograph though. There's really no cameo contrast. This... on the other hand -
The '65 in set #2 is only a lowly MS67 no CAM. The '66 and '67 in set #2 are both 66CAM. They would be much happier if they're older brother were also a 66CAM.
