I don't know Russ, I think your on it...except I'm curious if the color on NE in one and NT in cent, as well as the right ribbon and top arrow on the reverse might be wear....then I would say AU-58....but if it is a 63, your grade of MS-63RD would be the most accurate....just my opinion.....

There is too much evidence of it starting to turn brown to be classified as red. PCGS got the grade on this one right on. They are very good with IHC's, which can be difficult to grade as we just saw.
MS-64, Red. It could be also be MS-63, Red. Either way it would be a strong MS-63 or an so-so MS-64.
