I have to give him high approval ratings myself.He seems to answer all the questions thoughtfully,and
logically.

Not to start a 1-10 rating system here,but,I,ll just say,Rick,Your battin a thousand.

I am also very appreciative of the time Carol, Rick, and the others have spent to answer our questions. I think it would be great if they collate the information into a guide or something for easy download and review. That would be awesome. :-)

Well, I for one got a great deal out of the exchange. The "horse's mouth" perspective on what happens at PCGS was enlightening, at the very least. As a result, I think I'm more comfortable about what goes on with my little boxes o' coins that go to Newport Beach.

I've started using 2.5x2.5 flips as a result of Rick's suggestion. Perhaps it makes it easier for them to handle my coins...

It's very nice of him and he seems to be answering the questions honestly. However, I hope some of the questions that take legitimate shots at PCGS are answered. I submitted 5 questions yesterday and so far only my 2 most harmless questions were answered.

Now, while I really do appreciate the time he's taken to get involved, and I have found a ton of valuable and enlightening information amongst the exchanges, let's face it: The forum is a softball game.

I think you guys should give a great deal of credit to Rick and focus on what is, rather than what isn't being answered/ provided by him.

Put yourselves in his position - receiving all of your questions and having to answer (sometimes without adequate time to prepare) in print, for all of the world to see, argue with and complain about. Also, what is of great importance to one person is not necessarily at all important to another. Each of us has our own likes, dislikes, preferences and priorities. He can't answer all questions for all posters. And, there is no way he can satisfy everyone, no matter how hard he tries and how much time he takes.

I don't mean to pick on anyone who has posed questions. But, I do mean to emphasize the positive in what Rick is doing for this board.

But there does need to be a easier way to go thru and read all of them , it's a pain to click a rthread, read one question and answer, hit the back button, wait for it to load, and do it all over again.

Its just another of the great services provided for collectors by CU. I know they want us to keep coming back and use their pay services, but they going overboard to make it informative, fair, and a pleasant experience.
