Intercept Shield Question

I am trying to find a book to hold my roosie set in, and since all the coins in it are white, I want one that will try to reduce toning. I have heard good things about Intercept Shield, however I only collect business strikes that are 1964 and before. Is the Intercept Shield book for roosies detachable (i.e. can you seperate the pre1964 section from the clad)?

The pages will come out, but you have to uncover the screw heads under the paper on the margin where the pages attach.
