Primeiramente, bemvindo desde o Brasil!
It turns out that my flight back to the States arrives in Los Angeles Friday monring, Sept. 27th. I'll probably have been up 30 hours straight when it touches down. I would really like to make the Long Beach Show that day, but I honestly don't know if I'll be up to it.
Saturday is no problem, but I've read repeatedly that most everyone has left by then & there's not much material that would interest me. Would appreciate your comments re Saturday; I don't want to make a trip if there's nothing for me (I'm looking for a high grade Capped Bust small dentil quarter, MS 66 Liberty Nickels or a RB MS 65 Braided Hair Half Cent).
The idea of waiting until February to check out some coins doesn't sit well, and the idea of going to Santa Clara and taking additional time off work also does not sit well.
I have contacted a dealer with whom I have done business earlier this year & explained what I am looking for and the situation to him (he's always at Long Beach), but have not gotten a response.
Any comments would be greatly appreciated. It would be easiest for me if you could send your feedback to hijo_de_la_grandisima@hotmail.com, as I have a link at the end of this post.
I check my E-Mail periodically. If there's nothing I can do, well, I'm in Brasil and the coins will have to wait. Still, I don't want to leave any stone unturned, so to speak.
Até a volta,

Sure the really great stuff may be gone BUT many dealers are looking to sell to collectors at a higher price than they can get from another dealer!!
Go on Saturday AND SUnday. You never know what you might find!!
By Saturday? It's been all cherried. Saturday is still fun though because the floor is busy and you can strike up some interesting conversations with Dealers they're usually kind of punch drunk by then, especially if they've had a good show).
Sunday? Forget about it!
