  • Neat! Didn't you just have to sell part of your collection? Are you going to resell these coins?

Dump it all in to a big wooden chest, toss in the junk wheaties, take a picture with a chick next to it in a dusty attic, and you've got the makings of a great eBay auction.

You going to give us a chance to get a few rolls there on BST?

But 35 rolls of Mercs and 32 Rolls of uncirculated 60's Roosies on E-bay already. I'm looking at a sealed tube of 55-D Roosies right now. Wondering if I should break it open. A MS67 lists at $1100. The roll origionally cost $17.50 in the early 60's (it still has the price on it). BTW, Russ no Kennedy's. Just Mercs, Roosies and Washingtons (rolls of them)....

I saw that auction and wondered how they got that trunk up in the attic. I have boxes (one measures 9x12x15) of coins and they are very heavy. (Don't worry, I have my boys do the lifting.)
Does anyone remember those old western movies where there's gold involved and it shows whoever has the gold running for his life with it. If I remember right, a solid cubic foot of gold weighs 1200 pounds.
They would of had to empty the trunk to get it in the attic. It's obviously a tactic to get a buyer to believe the coins have never been searched. Yea, right! image
