The color on the coin is sort of neat. But the carbon spots on both sides and the deeper black streaks sort of negate the nice color. Hence, this doesn't appear to be a solid 67 coin never mind "perfect." Obviously the seller wants the coin to stick and not get returned, hence the lower price.
