I can't tell if it's AT or not, but it doesn't look right. The color progression is...weird. Especially on the reverse, where it almost looks like it was painted on. I don't know if it's the picture ot not, but it also looks like it may have been cleaned or whizzed, and I think it may be slightly circulated, too.

I hope you don't get offended or your feelings hurt but since you asked..........I think it's a MS60 that has been in a coin envelope for a while. Some people might call that original and some might call that AT but I think PCGS would NG it since it's not obvious bag or album tone. Other than that funky blue & purple place on rev nothing really screams out AT. It's not a bad looking coin but I see where people that specialize in toned coins like TomB wouldn't find it attractive.
