Blue Ridge Numismatic Association Show this weekend

Just thought that I'd mention that the Blue Ridge Numsimatic Association Coin show is this weekend in Dalton, Georgia, just south of Chattanooga, TN. It's a major show with about 200 dealers and is always a great show-the best show in Georgia most likely. It is Friday-Sunday. Give it a shot. If you have any questions PM me, or go to www.brna.org

Dahlonega

I'll be there looking for Dahlonega coins with original 'skin' any grade. Usually this is a very good show.

thats cool, i live 10 miles north of dalton. i gotta check this one out. chattanooga would be a neat diversion for the wife and kids if you bring them along. there is a great aquarium and imax theatre in downtown chattanooga. also river cruises and i think the brew fest is in town this weekend. the north shore has some neat gift shop areas and a real hand carved carosel in cooledge park. also incline railway and ruby falls caves. chattanooga also has a hugh shopping mall called hamilton place. to crowded for me but women like stuff like that. check it out and leave some tourist money up there, we property tax payers need all the help we can get

if you get to chattanooga forget the riverboat cruise. while i was typing that in last night the boat was catching on fire with 240 passengers on board. a tow boat pushed them to shore and everyone climbed the bank to safety. the engine room caught fire. there were a few minor injuries but the boat in out of service for at least a month. what a weird coincidence.
