I aquired an 1853-o half xf on ebay the other day...well im looking this over and see on the reverse the ha in half is doubled
as is the talons and arrows and leaves.....is there a variety number for this example?

That is all he says. Maybe somebody else here that knows more in this series can help. There are probably more updated refrences also.

These were Philadelphia Mint coins, however.
In the article he asks the readers if any has seen an 1853-O Half with doubled die reverse, and says he's heard a report of one.
This could be rare.
