    Yes, that appears to be a proof set. I would question whether the Kennedy is truly a DCAM or does the photogragh just make it look that way (in any event it appears to have other problems, so it probably wouldn't grade very high IMO).

    Black and white scans (like this one) will generally make silver look more CAM/DCAM then they are.

    The OP is gone... however, based on the comments, I surmise it was a proof set... and @Coinstartled ....you are correct, Russ was a friend and a Kennedy expert.... I sure do miss him. Cheers, RickO
