Not a proof. As IkesT pointed out, it's a Vam-1H. PCGS did not put that on the insert because it requires paying for variety attribution. If you feel strongly about wanting to put it to bed, then send it to NGC as a Satin Proof. PCGS has graded just two in all grades, NGC has graded 24. If they won't put it in a proof holder, then you will know what you have.

Except it isn't even VAM-1H. We just got hung up on that one since we assumed that's what the OP was presenting, and the pictures were not useful for VAM attribution early in the thread.
I also didn't realize the Jack Lee coin is not a VAM-1H, so I assumed he was comparing to a VAM-1H.

Hah! Got hung up indeed. @Sircointalot69, ChrisH821 is correct. It's lacking the markers to even be a Vam-1H.

    From VAMWorld:

There's likely a reason the Jack Lee coin is still sitting in the same holder its been since crossing the auction block several times, starting in 2006. You can still send yours to NGC for 100% confirmation, but it's just a regular 1921 Peace Dollar.

@nencoin I own several 1-H Peace dollars, attributed as such, so I know what they are and look like ! The coin I'm presenting is not shown anywhere on VAM world with the polishing lines I'm referring to and the only coin I can compare it to is the Jack Lee specimen, although someone else did find another coin with the same polishing lines as mine on the internet . I think it's safe to say that Lee's coin and mine are just business strikes at this point and not satin proofs at all even if it has a proof designated label.

Sorry, the above picture of the VAM 1-H is not the coin I'm on about
