PCGS Mint Error cent on eBay with nonsense description on the holder

Someone posted this to an error group I follow, I checked the certificate number on the mothership and this is a legitimate PCGS holder, the error description in the image is the same listed on the site:

This is currently listed on eBay if anyone else wants to verify the image. As written the error description is nonsense, the proper designation should be "Planchet Split Before Strike" or "Struck on Split Before Strike Planchet."
I am genuinely curious if this was graded within the past year, and if this is indicative of the quality one can expect for Mint Error grading now that PCGS is no longer using outside experts for attributions.

Incomplete planchets wanted, especially Lincoln Cents & type coins.

Wow that’s a mess. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and say it’s not indicative of quality but just an error label. Still, it probably would have been caught by outside review.
gibberish
‘Split’ should go before ‘B4’
I’ve used that wording before, so it’s possible it’s an old holder,
and they didn’t put the word ‘ split’ As they normally would have done.

I do not see the NFC symbol in the lower left corner of the slab. The NFC started with Gen 6.1 Oct 2020.
Would need to see reverse label to further identify.

They have always been inconsistent about labeling simple errors. Even clips are labeled in a variety of different formats. This particular label is unfortunate, though.
Obvious "mechanical error". If you send it back to PCGS or drop it off at the PCGS table at the next coin show where they attend, they'll probably fix it for you for free. If it were my coin. I wouldn't fix the label error and keep it as an interesting conversation piece---double coin and slab error.
