It depends on which set. I believe that not all set “Definitions” give one extra grade point to DCAM over CAM. But I believe that for the sets that do that (via the Definition tab), they are rated the same as each other.

Here are a couple of ways to determine what has a 'higher rating'.

The first is the Set Composition. Go to the home page of the set you are wondering about. At the top right is a button "Set Composition'. Select it and it will show the Weight and any bonus points for each coin in the set. As noted by winesteven, need to know which set as the bonus points may vary. Here is a link to LINCOLN CENTS BASIC SET, PROOF (1959-PRESENT) set composition (there are other Proof sets).

The other is the use of a function called 'What If'. To access this you need to be logged in. Go to the list of your Sets and then select the name of the set you want to check out under My Sets. This will bring up the set for making modifications.

Note: If you go to the Set category home page and then select your set it will not bring up the same page. This page will be similar to the one you see when logged out. It will not have the 'What If'.

Below is a screenshot of the partial page with the 'What If'. It is just down from the top but before the coin entries. Select the 'What If' and it will load a page where you can go down to the coin lines and select the one you want to change and then the 'new' grade. At the top is a column for 'What If' that will show how the set changed for the new grade (it is next to the one for 'original set'). Just change the grades and see which one gives the higher set rating.
