We are PCGS's customers, there are many of their customers, both dealers and collectors that rely on this forum for information as they wait for their submissions to be finished.

Have you been paying attention at all for the last 5 years? What has given you the tiniest inkling of an idea that PCGS cares about us as customers?
There are good people there but the corporation's actions as a whole show that PCGS has nothing but contempt for its customers. This forum and its ongoing software issues don't even come close to cracking the top 10 issues.
