Washington Quarter Variety Question

The sixth edition of Cherry Pickers’ Guide lists some new Washington Quarter Varieties. I recognize the list of new varieties is controversial. Either way, these varieties are now listed in CPG and include the 1947 “Spitting Eagle” FS-901 and the 1948-S “Spitting Eagle” FS-901. My impression is that PCGS will recognize variety coins listed in CPG. Can I get some advice on how to get examples of these varieties recognized by PCGS. Some of my examples are unattributed PCGS slabbed coins and others are slabbed by other TPG services. I appreciate any suggestions. Thank you.

John,
I would reach out to @Charles_Morgan he is currently helping me get the 1963 Type B short Arrow FS-901a variety into the Washington Quarter Complete Variety Set, Circulation Set (1932-1964). That is your best bet that I am aware of. Best of luck and congrats on your newly acquired 1942 FS-802 MS-64 coin.
