The PCGS slab number 46797492 is coming up as a 1957-D 5C. Also, there is no "PCGS" imbedded in the corner of the slab.

Looks like it's missing the PCGS logo in the bottom right. That should tell you everything you need to know. RGDS!

Wooooha! Did someone just say it's officially "TACO™" Tuesday????

Here's another one. It comes up as a $1 silver certificate:

Is there even such an issue as what is in these fake holders?
In honor of the memory of Cpl. Michael E. Thompson
An interesting way of spelling out FIRST.
(Also, there are only 47 stars on the flag on the insert.)
you have to ask?
You can tell by looking at the picture that it is fake.
It seems it
Also, no prongs on the gasket in 2025? Definitely fake.

It is fake, and there is no legit issue of coin matching that.

I bet it's not even 999 fine silver.
Dastardly seller.
Yeah, the slab and the coin are both bad fakes

It looks like a printed label stuck on the outside. No MS coin looks dull like that.
If there is any hesitation on if this is a genuine mint product or not check out the bison's snout.
Compare it to a genuine coin. There are slight differences.
And if there is still doubt look under magnification at the eye.
Other than that, it is certainly a meticulously minted and well crafted counterfeit.
I don't see prongs on slabbed silver eagles.
who said it was a us mint product?
Well look at that. Guess I haven’t spent much time checking out graded silver eagles. Thanks for pointing that out.
The thing in the fake holder looks bad. The whole thing is bogus.
pcgs doesn't grade rounds
this one says $1 on the label
it lacks the luster of a struck item and has the surface of a plated one
then there's the holder
the second one the seller was nice enough to take down isn't even silver
and as fas as being a mint product or not
it is missing the denomination as well as EPU & IGWT
When a PCGS slabbed coin is an obviously crude counterfeit, it's safe to assume that the slab is also counterfeit.
