Does anyone have experience with the StackerTools pinger app to test the validity of gold and silver coins? Link

For those of us who will never be able to justify the price of Sigma device, I'm wondering if this much cheaper product offers some notable reliability or ease-of-use features.

    I was Not impressed with any of those "ping" apps, tried most before bying my Sigma. too many false readings on the same coins. not consistent.

    The Pocket Pinger by Sound Money Metals is impressive. I highly recommend it. It's multi functional aside from the ping test for diameter, thickness, and weight information for what you are testing. It's not for EVERYTHING but you can ping test down to a dime!
