NFC CHIP ERROR

I have had a recent influx of receiving coins from a particular dealer where the bar code / label cert# does not match the NFC chip cert number.
I have dealt with this dealer over many years and have purchased 100's of coins from them with no problems.
I know that it is not the seller's fault but was wondering if others here are having the same issues.
IMO, this dealer sells 100's of coins daily.
Is it a PCGS problem?
