If you could go back in time
Let's say 10 years.
What 3 coins would you have purchased knowing what you know now?
Please provide your reasoning.
Now, what about 3 coins that you would have wished you purchased 10 years from now?
Again, please provide your reasoning.

Probably 3 Double Eagles since the prices have tripled if not Quadrupled.
Exactly my first thought. Actually, three AGEs might be a better choice because the DEs lost most of their numismatic premium as gold spot increased in price.

What three coins?

Gold and bitcoin would be my choice as well because of ROI.

3 double eagles and 3 $5,000 bills for chips and giggles
I’d pick up one of the 2009 HR Double Eagles. I didn’t want to shell out the $2,000 for them. I regret it now though.
The three best $20 Double Eagles, MS 64 or higher my budget would permit.
I would’ve bid harder/stronger on the Western reserve MS 1921S Walking liberty half.

The industry is in a bubble.. pretty much no wrong answer.
Key dates southern gold
Territorial gold

running like a water color in the rain...."
Why do you think it’s in a bubble?
To me, 10 years isn’t so interesting. That was the peak of my collecting, and I’d probably buy the same stuff I did then.
100 years……. The answer changes considerably. Most likely, I’d buy certain pieces of real estate or stocks. It’d be challenging to pick coins that would outperform those.
So if we are talking the increase in value I'd have to say I would buy:
1795 flowing hair $
Any classic head gold( this series has exploded)
1807 bearded goddess
