***New PCGS Website questions thread.***

Anyone know where to check on the PCGS Website to see if your submission has arrived.

There was section under Account where you could enter your tracking # and you would know PCGS received the shipment.

I can't find it anywhere.

Can someone help me on this?

    I don't see the tracking option that you mention, but I do remember using it a few months back.

    Tracking will indicate that the package was received at their PO Box, and I'm satisfied with that.

    Once they enter your sub, which can take several days, they post it on your account as "arrived".

    Package "delivered" at PCGS's PO Box vs PCGS's Order "arrived" are always a different date.

    My order was "delivered" on Jan 3, but hadn't "arrived" until Jan 13.

    I did another look for the tracking # input, and I cannot locate it anywhere.

    I thought that was a great tool since PCGS can take up to a week to mark your submission received.

    New question, how do you look at old orders now?

    All I see are the submission forms.

    This is crazy.

    My recent three submissions took 8 calendar days to enter into the system. But, the tool was there to help me find out it had been delivered.

    An issue I found yesterday is that you cannot download a US Banknote submission form. The only one available is for Europe with a mailing address to Paris, France. I emailed customer service, but no response, yet.

    EDIT: Even though I did not get a response, it does look like someone fixed the problem. The US form is now there.

    The "find my package" is available on the App. I just checked and saw it there. I am looking on the website now. Will update if I find it.

    Thanks for the heads up about the mobile app. I entered mt USPS tracking# and PCGS has received it as of today. 😊

    There is a functional 'Find My Package' on the PCGS mobile app, but it disappeared from the Website.

    Where exactly is the "find my package" tab in the app? I can't seem to find it.

    Oh that's why I cant find it. I found the PCGS my account app but my phone won't let me download it because of versions incompatiblity. Thank you for the response! @Goldbully

    The PCGS app shows a different order status than does the website.

    I presume the website is correct and that the app is querying the wrong back end database.

    Actually the mobile app queries the same data as the Website.

    It just uses the older style format, which at this point I like better than the new Website.

    Cannot answer that.

    PCGS just received my Modern Value sub. on Feb. 2nd and..............

    The mobile app says 'Received'.........the PCGS Website via my mobile says 'In Progress'.....the PCGS Website via my PC says 'Order Entry - Order Processing and specification.'

    OK, getting back to the OP, WHY did PCGS do away with the "Find My Package" function on the normal website??????

    I'm 75 years old, and when my grandkids talk to me about apps, I think they're talking about appetizers, lol. Why take that away from those of us that use the desktop website???????

    Not the case. It has been this way for weeks, though reboots and app upgrades.
    The interaction between the app and the backend has changed, hence the incorrect info reported by the app.
