PCGS Account and Order/submissions and order history

It looks as if this has changed to a new format. Is anyone having a problem with access to older orders/submissions and Trueview images?

Yes, it's a new format, but it worked for me.

I found all of my orders from 2024(my 1st year subbing), that include all TV's after clicking on the options circled below in RED ⇊

The Custom Range option doesn’t go back further than 1 year. We were able to go back over 20 years before. Is there no option to go back over an year any longer?

The Custom Range option doesn’t go back further than 1 year. We were able to go back over 20 years before. Is there no option to go back over an year any longer?

When I click on the custom date range, then click on the date tab, it brings me back 10 years to 2016.

Thanks, I can get that now.
It’s too bad they took away our capability of viewing all of our submissions from 2000-2015.
