Registry set issue(s)

I am unable to use the REPLACE COINS options in any of my registry sets.
When I try to upgrade or down grade a coin( LowBall set), I get this message:
! 403
Forbidden
Please try again, if problem persits, contact Customer Service.

Anyone else having this issue or a go around to get a coin replaced?

I had the issue yesterday. I was able to add a coin to my registry but unable to add said coin to any of my sets.
Same 403 error. I tried on the PC as well as the phone with same result. Today it just worked but I did use the add best available option vs hitting add coin...

I too tried this yesterday and today (just now).
Still a no go for me.

The coins that I am trying to get into the sets to upgrade / down grade, are in my inventory and are listed as applicable coins for the appropriate slot in that particular set but when I choose what coin I want in that slot, I get the 403 error.
We can only wait for Pcgs to fix the issue.

Having the same issue, called yesterday but they wouldn't answer my calls. I was on the phone shortly after nine am today. Tristan with CS said they were aware of the problem, he would pass the info on to the Registry team. Not fixed yet.

Just now, I was able to get my low ball set to update by using the best avaiable function button.
Will check to see if I can update my other sets.

Phone call worked. Went to my sets, entered the cert #'s and it updated. All good.

Still not working for me.
It is sad that the set that now has issues was 100% complete with all pr70 dcam coins.
Some how a Pcgs update removed 4 coins out of the 5 that the set required.
I think that because it is a 2025 modern set, that when they tried to make all of the 2025 coins required that it got screwed up.
I had to keep submiting requests for each coin that fit the slot which did resolve issues for 3 of the 4 missing coins.
All requests were approved but the 5th slot will not allow any coins to be entered as there is no "add a coin" option so it remains blank.
Can you @pcgs_education take a look at my set W. A. SCHULTZ SET#215 (2) the Washington Quarters American Women, Silver Proof (2025)

 I believe you're correct in that my coin that would not enter was also a 2025. It's been in my inventory and my set for several months. Then I noticed I was not at 100% complete. Looking at several others sets in the same category I see they are also missing a 2025 coin.

Well I too can not add two coins to my set a 1947 d washington quarter and a 1941 s ddr quarter. I have tried adding them and hitting the button add all better and neither way works. Over 16 years with the registry and it is so sad to me that pcgs no longer cares about there registry set folks.

I use to promote pcgs every chance i got but the past 3 years have just been so bad that I now tell folks save your money and do not buy into the pcgs registry sets......sad times

The 2024-d slot has now been added but you cannot add the coin into the slot.

Wayne, same issue, same date & mm. I called last week. They got mine taken care of. Problem is, it was previously in my set. Just noticed it was missing about 2 weeks ago.
Having the same issue with a couple Roosies that are now missing.

did you have to delete your coin from your inventory then re-register it back into your inventory like you just got it?

No. I emailed they cert #'s and stated the coin was in my set prior to the 24's being " mandatory " I received no response. After an extended wait of several days I was on the phone at 8:30 PST today. Finally got through after an hour+.
Told them the problem, gave them the cert #, and the fact it's listed in my inventory and it was there in my set previously.
He guided me thru the process of 1- Registry page, 2- Sets, 3 - My set, 4 - " Report a cert that should match this composite. " 5- Entered the cert #, and " submit request " Done He told me it should show up within 24 hours. I checked an hour later and it was there.

I just read through my post. 1st call was last week after emailing. Once I got thru he was very helpful and a nice guy. The process was easy. Just something I'd never done before. Now I know. I did not remove and reenter from my inventory.

Tom, I do believe that all of my Kennedy sets (21) are current and updated.
There are still many of the 2025 coins that are still not active to update the sets but will wait till they get around to updating them.
Just recently I just got them to activate a '23 coin and multiple '24's.
