Information on the February 2026 Long Beach Expo

Texas77Texas77 Posts: 645 ✭✭✭✭✭

I've been in touch with the Stack Bowers owned Long Beach Expo to get a feeling for the size of the February show. Below is the relevant information I received regarding Dealer Participation. It sounds like it should be a great show, Hope this info is a benefit for folks thinking of attending.

"We are still finalizing our table holder map and assigned booths, so I cannot provide you with a list of the attending dealers yet. As soon as this is finalized, we will be posting it to our website.

What I can say is we will have roughly 170 booths not counting PCGS or Stack's Bowers Galleries. We are limiting dealers to no more than two booths each and we have received hundreds of requests from potential table holders for a booth.

PCGS is the official grading service and will be offering on-site grading during the convention. NGC, PMG and ANACS will all be in attendance as well. David Hall will be offering at least one session of his famous Meet the Expert and we are working on additional offerings as well.

If you are on the Long Beach Expo emailing list we will be notifying everyone of when the table holder list is available online as well."

Very timely information, as I've been pondering a trip down. I think I'll pull the trigger, esp since coin shows in Washington State are pretty much extinct. Thanks for the gentle shove!

The long Beach expo website link to dealer & map at bottom is currently not showing the current floorplan & the dealer table numbers don't match a couple known. I think that is last year's. The new floor plan I saw was rectangular.

From last year; I suspected that the website wasn't being updated. That's why I contacted them and was pleased to get the quick response I copied in the original post. It's nice to see an organization provide good customer service.

Looking forward to the February 18-20, 2026 Long Beach Expo. New show owners so definitely going all-in giving the show a chance and going in with positive vibes. Was sad to see the show go last year, so very happy to see the effort to try it again with some significant changes.

Unfortunately, the website still has lots of information for the February 2025 show. Hopefully, that gets updated soon. Seems like many are still getting table assignments. We just got ours and paid up last week. Hope to see many there at Table 700 for a great show!

PCGS Registry members have lost perks with new owner Stacks . Only perk left is we get in free with the paid" unwashed masses." No more early birds free. Suspect Lines will be long as we all hunt gold and silver.
I heard Fun show had 14K attendance. ANA shows run 8 to 10 K I believe. The precious metal bubble is getting bigger.
I have been around. quite long enough to see some of these coin// metal bubbles burst. and the roller coaster goes down down. where dealers verbally beg you to buy as you walk amongs a dead coin show bourse.!
lets hope we can weather one.
