How long does it take for PSA to log an order these days?
I searched prior discussions but did not see any recent ones.
I submitted a group of autographed cards to PSA at the Philly show on 12/12 but the site is still saying "not received" as of today. Is it normal for a multiple week wait before they acknowledge receipt of cards these days?

I had the same question. I submitted some cards at a show on December 6 and the order still shows as not received. Maybe since they aren't gaming cards, they don't know what to do with them.
Some dude at the local show I went to last weekend said he had an order at PSA for over a year. It appears PSA only wants certain people grading cards. You can send some in but don't be in a hurry.
I submitted 3 different submissions at the Philly Show - all regular Value grading. One submission was entered as "received" on 12/17, one was entered 12/23, and one was entered 12/24.
I just saw someone else post on Blowout that their Philly Show submission was marked as "received" on 12/29. So, apparently a wide range in timeframe that they take to enter submissions as "received". And with the holidays in the middle, probably taking longer...

Thanks. Mine was regular value grading as well. I guess it should show up as received soon enough. I know that wait after that will be long.
When you submit don't forget to list your Heirs.
Does anybody know a trick when you are in Grades are Ready mode but the grades are not actually ready, cant be seen? Its in Completing mode.
Looked at the app and web site. Just see my cards with no grade. I know patience would work but I'm pretty bad at that.
Yeah, waiting 20 minutes was the solution. 🤣
I have a pack sub that arrived on 11/6 but has not yet been logged in.

So when you click on 'submissions' it still says 'not received'?
It shows Arrived which is the stage before it actually gets logged in. I read they are running about 2 months behind so should hopefully get logged in soon.

ITS OBVIOUSLY on purpose. it should be rather easy to get the cards logged in.
PSA is now showing my cards as 'received'. I used the 'value' service. Does this mean the 75 business day clock starts now? I know they tend to take a good bit longer than advertised, just don't know if there is another step after 'received'.
the clock starts the day it arrived.
I have a card order that was mailed to PSA the same date - 12/12/25 - and it’s been marked as delivered by USPS but it still sits as ‘Not received’ by PSA. This order was supposed to be on a regular turnaround time.
At what point should I be concerned?

When they actually log the submission in, it should be in the "Research & ID" stage.

I've heard the backlog for submissions being logged in is about 2 months. My pack sub arrived on 11/6 but has not yet been logged in.

I called PSA customer service this morning because I have an order I dropped off with PSA at a card show in early December which has not been marked as received yet. They said it depends on service level but bulk level service is being logged in for October shipments right now. That means I can expect to wait two more months for the order to be 'received' by PSA and then start the clock for rough grading turnaround time. As long as they haven't lost my order, I'm fine with waiting.
So is that when the 'clock' starts for the 75 business days?

This was the most recent update. My orders that fall under it have yet to advance much so I’m unsure what the outcomes will be in reality. On the surface it adds a bit more clarity on total time while extending the expected return. Just need to calculate those weekends and holidays right. I run out of toes by month 2.
Typo. Cary on
My last PSA submission was received early November and is still in received.
A called and got the same choreographed line from customer service that times have been extended. So 2 months + in received before the 4-5 months in grading.
All they care about now is Pokémon
73 days. Logged in today
whew i thought it was going to be 75. crazy.
Dropped 25 cards off at PSA inside Burbank Sports Cards on 11/25/2025 for Re-Holder and they still are not showing as received. Tomorrow will be 8 weeks. It is about $60k worth of cards and the only proof I have that I gave them the cards is a piece of paper with some guys initials on it. Crazy
I would definitely be concerned. Maybe give them a call to see what's going on? Mine showed up as 'received' from a show drop off after a few weeks.
As I mentioned above, PSA told me they were just now logging in orders from October. It will probably be a few more months until my December drop-off gets logged in as 'received'.
Mine that just went after 73 days was 11/4
My sub that arrived Sept 16 was slated for December 24 completion.
The sub was in Assembly when it was decided that 1 card that was initially rejected, will in fact, now be graded.
The whole sub, that was nearing the end, seemingly got sent to the back of the line.
It's been an extra month so far and no action at all, all because of 1 card.
Well I have a submission that USPS says was left with PSA on Jan 8 - doesn’t even acknowledge that it was received yet. I’ve gotten similar feedback from a friend who submitted earlier

For information purposes, I mailed a Regular Service Level package on 12/12, it was delivered on 12/15 and it was logged in today, 1/23.
So maybe 40 days, give or take.
I’m hopeful for everyone that this means the wait times are starting to shorten a bit.
Good luck, everyone.
