Two months in on my Gold CAC only Mercury Dime set.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all here are the CAC forum.
Posting this set while I build it has led to many new connections. I have received messages here telling me of coins members would like to sell to me, as well as coins seen on eBay, on GC and on Instagram/Facebook. That has been a big positive. I expect that finding new coins to add will slow down considerably as we head into 2026. Since I have posted almost all of these as single photos along the way, I decided to just do several group shots.
Highlights:
The 1924 is very cool as it is the only Gold CAC coin available for the year (non-FB). Thanks to Chris at NEN @nencoin
The 1928 is from a new found friend and we message/talk/FaceTime often since receiving it. The toning is great. A very special find.
The 1936D is a fantastic 1 of 1 Top Pop.
The 1941-D is an unattributed DDO/DDR FS 101/801 and would be the top pop if re-holdered. Thanks to @FlyingAl for seeing that.
The 1942-S is currently my only NGC Gen 2.1 White Label holder. I hope to find a few more of these.
The 1943D is the newest edition. It is in a scarce PGCS Gen 2.1A slab. These were used for just a couple months and the coin is one of the best in the collection.
Many others share Top Pop status.

Hey @pcgscacgold, GC has three Mercury dimes in early PCGS holders with CAC gold stickers in this Sunday's auction. Two are dates that you don't yet have: a 1938-S and a 1945-D. Not my coins and out of my price range, so I'm not a competing bidder. Good luck.

Yeah, CAC gold stickered coins draw a high premium. All those that sell at auction are out of my price range. I admire your collection of CAC gold stickered Mercury dimes @pcgscacgold. Hopefully you can find some others in your price range.
