Need response from PCGS management
I hate to post this in the forum but I am at a total loss as to how to go about getting this resolved,
I have an order that grades were posted in early December but there were questions about return shipping, I have gone through the customer service line about 5-6 times and they see all the information about prior calls including my request to have the charges posted to my credit card on file, Each time they say it should be resolved quickly but I have been waiting 3 weeks and can not reach a manager or the accounting department to resolve this.,
I am asking that a PCGS manager with authority to resolve this to please contact me as soon as possible. Customer service has not been able to help.
PCGS dealer since 2011.

I’m in the same boat. PCGS overcharged me back in October, they have acknowledged the problem and amount, and I was told accounting “approved” the refund. Still waiting after 2+ months.
There is a systemic problem at PCGS.

Not sure if you tried this already, but here is a fairly recent post with a direct number to the accounting department.
Tried the accounting line and you have no option to speak with a person... just get lost in a worthless message tree.
I have heard stories of people waiting for over a month for the same service that I have been waiting for 2 1/2 weeks on. Have been unable to complete my CAC only trade dollars on the set registry. Perhaps it’s due to the holiday season.
I hope you get progress on your orders. With NGC I had state consumer affairs finally contact them.
Seriously? NGC also owes me a refund for being charged shipping on a Mechanical Error. Slow as well.

Windy, you need to try that accounting line again to get your problem resolved. They’re the ones to handle the payment for the shipping, and they’ll release the hold once you get that payment finalized. The circling of options is happening because nobody is at their desk at that moment. Try again later that day or the next, they will eventually pick up.
It's important to remember that PCGS has a new glossy magazine that they have to get out these days. It's integral to their TP grading business.
Aside from PCGS_Hy who is outstanding, PCGS customer service, numismatic staff, and photographic staff are so poor and/or inexperienced that it would be a comedy if it didn't cost so much money. I switched most of my grading to CACG. Good luck!

I just tried calling the accounting number. Selected option #1, and a human answered within 30 seconds.

I believe the OP had difficulty reaching a person. Just saying that another attempt might be worthwhile.
