That's the recording i have been hearing for weeks now when I try the PCGS help number. I try a couple of times a day at different times to no avail. I have also sent 4 requests via the Support form to no avail.

At this point i think PCGS has basically abandoned the registry. No annual awards . . . if you have a registry issue, good luck. I have made nearly 200 submissions in the last year and i have noticed not only problems with the registry but poor quality control on the grading side as well. Delays, loose coins in holders, mislabel holders (they even put the wrong date for a coin on the holder - how basic is that). On one of my holders they apparently forgot to put it in the sealing machine as the two sides were not even glued together. What an embarrassment.

The private equity folks generally want to flip the investment in 5 to 7 years. These guys (who seem to be more interested in sports cards) bought Collectors Universe in late 2020 so we are at the 5 year mark and I for one really hope they flip it soon and cash out so the company can go back to focusing on customer satisfaction.
