Proof or mint set?

Can anyone tell from these images if this is a proof or mint set? In hand the penny and the nickel certainly look proofy, the silver coins, less so. All the coins have heavy dip polish.

"All the coins have heavy dip polish."

Positively a 1957 proof set. The original mint uncirculated sets came in cardboard sleeves and with double numbers of coins. Here is an original 1957 United States Mint uncirculated set.
