That’ll work.
I’m admittedly particular about many things and must disagree about that being a “nice start”. So on the contrary, that’s a fantastic start! Congratulations.

Wow! Can’t wait to see how the other 19 shape up.

Beautiful! Please share as you add to the box.

Fantastic coin!
You really have an opportunity to be selective. Hope you take your time finding just the right coin. Generally, high speed acquisition to reach a target, in my opinion, usually leads to inconsistent quality. Additionally, I think when one takes time to build against the goal, one has more of an emotional investment and this brings higher satisfaction to the collector.

That is really a stunning bit of history….!!!
Amazing addition and beginning!!
Please keep us posted as you progress..

yesss please do!
Wow what a start. How would one better that beauty. I have to think that less than one-one hundredth of one percent of the people on this forum have never held a 1794 silver dollar, let alone owned one.
The second coin is going to be tough!

Amazing!!!
That's a heck of coin to begin the box upon. Will it be up or down hill from here?
I could never have a collection that was made of a box of 20. My interests are too far ranging to be limited to that.
Whatever the hill it is, that's one piece that is beyound anything I have.
Great start!
As others mentioned, a box of 20 can be a fantastic set when the collector takes the time to do it right. The right coins don't pop up quickly, and if they do they're often the wrong coins.
A little worn, but I'll allow it.
Great start!

My box of 20 turned into a box of 80+
If that's where you're setting the bar, I can't wait to see your set progress.

What a great coin to start your box of 20! Keep us posted.
My mom said I had big eyes - hence why I could never do a box of just 20!!!
"Box of 20" is a wonderful way to collect, IMO.
That's a heckuva start!
The upcoming 1804 dollar would be a perfect coin #2
Love the 1794, can't get much better than that. Congrats!

I have never thought much of the 1804 dollar, especially the restrike. They are not coins issued for commerce. The restirke is even worse. I am building a 1795 mint set which I will add to box 20.
I wanted to add the folowing from the Heritage recent sale but I wa outbid:

Phenom piece, wonderful to admire!
Perhaps a Chain Cent coming?

1795 Eagle in low MScac would certainly do the trick for me.👍
Fantastic coin!

Perhaps a 1933 double eagle coming?
