Can I submit a PCGS slabbed coin for "Reconsideration Service" at this weekend's Georgia coin show?

Hello everyone!

Can I submit PCGS slabbed coins for their "Reconsideration Service" at this weekend's Dalton, Georgia coin show that they are attending?

Or can "Reconsideration" submissions only be made through the main PCGS California location?
