The "grooves" are damage. MS or not, it's worth 25 cents as the grade is not high enough to carry any premium.

Yes, count up the total number of quarters and multiply that number by 25 cents.

Yes, damaged. Depressed areas on the would have to be raised areas on the die which struck the coin. Those marks are from hits after the coin was made. It’s called post mint damage.

Well depending on what type of album they are in, The album could be worth more than the coins in it.
