I always wanted an 1851-O trime. Finally accomplished that.

Collector since 1976. On the CU forums here since 2001.

LordM I am pleased to join in. By the way, I like how you are posting coins from your collection. They are fun to see and appreciate.
Anyway, here is my (sole) trime, a PR 66 I bought because I very much liked its TrueView and wanted one as a type, Now that I have one, I lust after @Mr_Spud 's collection with one of the three types. Maybe someday I'll be able to add the other two types ...
A crusty VG-10. This was my late FIL's coin which I sent to our host for encapsulation.https://d1htnxwo4o0jhw.cloudfront.net/cert/178592651/large/8zvlECHmo0q2UF7VggB1NA.jpg
I have one nice one, and I've had it going on 20 years. Probably time to take a new photo, but I digress...

I share @lordmarcovan's admiration for the 1851-O. I have had one in my collection since the 1960s.

This is my Type I type coin. It is grade MS-66.
Not the best pictures but you get the idea.

I kind of like the look of the fakes more than the real thing.
