Buying a coin is a WANT not a NEED.
you block me I will go elsewhere , there are thousands
of other dealers. sellers need to sell or inventory gets stale.
One dealer blocked me for returning a $28 coin after I spent about $ 6k from him over many coins and kept everything.
Penny wise and pound foolish as the British say!
Even if not, who would want to deal with someone again after being blocked (or scolded) for returning a coin when the seller had a policy of accepting returns. The trust was broken.

Sometimes that is a conundrum - if I am getting good deals from a kind of flaky seller, I may not return something relatively cheap, as they may block me and prevent me from getting future good deals.
